Grapes vs Grains is Back!

We’re so excited to bring back this very popular event for two nights this year – November 23rd (SOLD OUT) and December 7th (SOLD OUT). Join us for a delicious five-course meal accompanied by unique wine and beer pairings. Wine and beer experts will be present to describe each course pairing, but it’s up to you to decide which beverage pairings really speak to your palate!

$75 per person not including taxes and gratuities.

APPETIZERS

Manitoba Fish Trio

1. Watersong Farms trout, Bearcat Fisheries walleye, and Lake Winnipeg goldeye terrine, wrapped with prosciutto.

2. Smoked trout and potato salad.

3. Fish and chip (w/ oak knoll potatoes and MB pickerel cheeks).

SOUP

Elk Borscht

Thinly sliced Manitoba elk striploin with a game bone and borscht broth. Garnished with beets, cabbage, and dill.

PASTA

Carbonara

Black vegetable carbon pasta, sous vide Nature’s Farm egg, crisp maple bacon, kale, shallots and fresh ground pepper.

MAIN

Pork Wellington

Manitoba pork loin wrapped in puff pastry and served with mushroom and truffle duxelles, roasted apples, and potato puree.

DESSERT

Baked “Manitoba”.
