Grapes vs grains is back

We have received such positive response to our Grapes vs. Grains evenings this year! November 23rd and December 7th were both sold out events and it is safe to say that everyone had an amazing time devouring five delicious courses accompanied by unique wine and beer pairings. As usual, our wine and beer experts were present to describe each course pairing, and the guests voted for the beverage that best suited each dish and their personal palate. Beer took the prize at our first event, but wine shone bright at the following one in December. Now, we’re bringing Grapes vs. Grains back for third time, January 24th, 2018 to help break the tie between grapes and grains!

Green eggs and ham, fondant potato hash, roasted oak knoll honey ham, caramelized onions, chlorophyl hollandaise, blistered tomatoes, New Bothwell cheddar crisp.

Lobster & waffle bisque, double smoked maple bacon, chive oil, crème fraîche.

Einkorn flour fettuccine, local Manitoba forest mushrooms, smoked butter, roasted hazelnuts, kale.

Maple Whiskey braised daube of beef, roasted balsamic shallots, salt roasted beets, polenta 2 ways.
