New Years Eve Dinner 2018

Join us for our annual New Years Eve formal dinner, a gourmet four courses curated and crafted by our chefs using ingredients from our farm. The dinner will begin at 7:30pm.
Tickets are $75 per person plus taxes and gratuities for a total of $98.25 per person.  If you wish to join us for New Year’s Eve, but would prefer our regular menu, it will be offered from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and again from 8:30pm to 10:00pm.

Appetizer Options

• Oak Knoll Farm pork belly spring roll, butter lettuce, carrot vinaigrette, chili caramel

• Manitoba smoked trout foo-young tart, watercress, oyster sauce


Soup or Salad Options

• Roasted root vegetable salad, arugula, toasted walnuts, goat cheese, maple vinaigrette

• Mushroom Borscht with whitefish dumplings

• Roast mushroom salad, radicchio, chicory, arugula, sherry vinaigrette, poached egg, bacon


Entrée Options

• Roasted duck breast and leg, pumpkin puree, crispy leg confit, blue cheese, beets

• Rack of lamb, peppercorn crust, haskap sweet and sour sauce, wild rice croquette, pickled carrot

• Poached halibut, red coconut curry, rice noodles, thai basil, lime leaves


Dessert Options

• Financier – almond cake with compressed pear, brandy caramel, vanilla marscapone mousse

• Chocolate Pot Crème – rich chocolate custard, sour cherry amaretto compote, coffee whipped cream, cocoa nibs ( gluten free )
