We invite you to celebrate the arrival of Spring and welcome this most awaited season with our Spring Feast, with 3 delicious courses featuring beautiful locally-sourced and Canadian ingredients.

FIRST COURSE

 

Pineridge Salad

Artisan lettuce, crisp apples, candied pecans, dried sour cherries, feta cheese, with a maple Dijon vinaigrette.

Canadian Onion Soup

Maple smoked bacon, caramelized onion broth, green peas, New Bothwell smoked gouda, and garlic and herb croutons.

 

SECOND COURSE

 

Pork Belly Pancakes

Confit Manitoba pork belly, maple ginger glaze, potato and chive pancakes, grilled carrots, and micro-greens.

Smoked Fried Chicken

Marinated and smoked chicken breast, cornbread biscuits, house slaw, white gravy, and black bean succotash.

Garden Lasagna

House made lasagna with mushrooms, red peppers, kale, ricotta cheese, tomato ragout, herbs.

 

THIRD COURSE

 

Apple Crumble

A delicious house made apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream.

Carrot Cake Parfait

Layers of carrot cake and whipped cream cheese icing.
