Go on, indulge!

Celebrate the romance of Valentine’s with this year’s specially catered menu. Guests each select one starter, one entrée, and one dessert to round out the meal. Make sure to bring some good company with you, and we’ll handle the rest!

Starters

Elk Tenderloin Tartare

Served with rosemary crackers

Golden Beet Salad

With beet greens, arugula, pickled and roasted beets, and shaved parmesan

Champagne Seafood Chowder

With mussels, clams, and prawns

Entrées

Chicken Breast

Stuffed with spicy calibrese and herbed goat cheese, served with linguine, butternut squash and smoked cheddar alfredo  $45

Pickerel

Stuffed with crab, lemon vinaigrette, wild rice, green beans $51

10 oz Prime Rib

Served with horseradish aioli, crispy onions, rosemary jus, Yorkshire pudding, parmesan garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus $58

Desserts

Strawberries & Champagne Macaron

A generous macaron, filled with fresh strawberries, a light champagne mousse, a centre of strawberry compote, and followed by a sparkling surprise

Blueberries & Passion

Hibiscus passion tea mousse and a blueberry gelée top a crisp sweet base, served with fresh blueberries and passion tea syrup.
