What to Wear

Fashion | December 2, 2016

This time of year typically brings with it many dinners, parties and outings with friends and family. With your calendar filling up, we thought you may need a hand with a few good outfit ideas to take you from one event to the next. We want to make sure you look as great as possible with little fuss or muss; who needs another thing to worry about for the holidays?

Black and gold dress

The perfect amount of holiday sparkle! This classic shift dress is great for any of the holiday parties you will be attending this season. Layer it with a classic black blazer to keep warm if you need. We love the shift dress style as it is very flattering and allows for easy accessorizing. You could easily add a simple long necklace to this piece, however the dress is so great on it’s own that you don’t need to. This is one of our favourite holiday pieces!

Black and gold dress; Black blazer; Small crossbody bag

Skirt and top

This combination is so great! We love how this can be dressed up or down easily. The charcoal skirt with a bit of sparkle is the statement piece here. This piece could easily be worn more casual with a sweater and short booties as shown here. Having the sweater untucked adds to the casual feel. But, you can also easily dress this skirt up. Add some heels and a blouse that is tucked in does just that!

Sparkle skirt; Zipper back sweater; Leather clutch

Pants and gold dot top

Here we have a classic outfit to wear to work and then dress up to go out afterwards. For work, start with some booties and a simple cardigan. Dress it up by adding a great pair of heels and removing the cardigan. You get a bit of sparkle with the gold polka dots…perfect for the holiday season.
