Herbal Tea Recipe

This warm tea will keep your nourished and hydrated after a refreshing spa day. Pair it with a light snack!
6 cups of water
A handful of fresh lavender
1 cup of fresh mint leaves
Add the mint and lavender to a large saucepan and pour the water over the herbs. Heat the ingredients to a boil, then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain the mint and lavender, and serve it immediately.
While your tea steeps, prepare a platter of fresh fruit and bread to enjoy with your cozy tea!
