Furniture FAQ

Is the item I’m purchasing in stock?

That depends on the piece! Our in-stock items are forever changing, as we don’t have the space to store a lot. That being said, we’re always happy to check!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This is entirely dependent on our stock- if we’re carrying it at the time, or our supplier’s stock. Unfortunately, the furniture world was slowed down by the pandemic and is slowly (but surely) catching back up. We are currently seeing orders take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3+ months from the time of ordering. We contact every customer that makes a furniture order with a lead time and provides them with more information regarding their pieces, such as restock dates, back-ordered status, and an estimated time of arrival.

What is a lead time?

A “lead time” is the timeline from placing your order to when it arrives at our warehouse. Lead times are always subject to change.

Do custom pieces have the same lead time?

The short answer is no. As our custom furniture is truly custom, the lead time is approximately 20-30 weeks. For more information about our custom lines and pieces, see our Furniture Home page or contact us!

Is the item I’m purchasing a floor model?

All of our floor models are clearly marked as such. Otherwise, you will be getting a brand new piece of furniture.

What is a floor model?

A floor model is a piece of furniture that we’ve used in our showroom, has been displayed at a showhome, or is a customer return. We inspect every piece and ensure that all damage or defects have been noted and taken into consideration when we sell the item. If you see a floor model online and would like more information about the piece, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

It’s been more time than I was estimating, now what?

If you are currently awaiting a piece of furniture that hasn’t arrived, please send us an email with the product you’ve ordered and we will look into the status of your order.

What if I need something quickly?

Let us know what you are looking for and we would be happy to provide you with a selection of pieces that can arrive within 3-6 weeks as well as what we currently have in stock.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

The furniture that we show online is only a very small portion of what is available to you! Feel free to browse our supplier's websites here, or send us an email with your ideas.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do!

Standard furniture delivery starts at $200 in Winnipeg, Manitoba for up to 10 pieces. If you live outside of this area, but still within Manitoba, and wish to have your order delivered, select "Furniture Delivery" and you will be contacted with a quote based on your location. As soon as your order arrives at our warehouse, you will once again be contacted to arrange a time and date for your delivery.

If you live outside of Manitoba, please select the "Furniture Shipping Deposit" for $100. We will then contact you with a quote for shipping, and send you an invoice with the remaining balance. If you are planning on ordering additional items that are not considered furniture, please check out separately.
