ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER: 

As an Assistant Retail Manager you’ll mentor, lead, and cheer your team on to successful results each day. You’ll be the standard-setter and the go-to resource for any questions (big and small) and all feedback (good and bad). As a leader in the store, you innately know our guests, and understand that our success rests with their experience. You’ll work to ensure profitability, beauty, collaboration and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care
  • Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals 
  • Assist in managing day-to-day tasks
  • Help oversee store scheduling to ensure that projects, visual focuses, availability, service and systems are accounted for
  • Be a leader on the floor, ensuring that all staff is maximizing profitability and the highest level of service
  • Help to maintain organization, cleanliness and restock storewide
  • Responsible for the “impulse area” around the cash area
  • Ensure claims have been filed, product has been either discounted or removed from inventory and vendor credits received.
  • Ensure buyers know about outstanding customer orders- ensure wait times are accurate and not too lengthy.

SOUS CHEF:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for food and for the work of Pineridge Hollow as a farm to table restaurant that celebrates regional cuisine. The Sous Chef has a strong commitment to excellence and an aptitude for details and, under the guidance and direction of the Head Chef, works to ensure the complete satisfaction of all Pineridge Hollow restaurant guests.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • To Ensure an Exceptional Food Experience for Guests
  • To Provide Administrative Functions Related to Kitchen Management
  • To Support a Team Environment in the Kitchen

Requirements:

  • A valid Food Handler Certificate.
  • A passion for food.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

LINE COOK: 

As a Line Cook you will work as a part of a team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our farm and prepare dishes that showcase regional cuisine.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Prep, portion, and stock food items and other necessary supplies
  • Prepare specified food in a timely manner using safe food handling methods
  • Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing to prescribed recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
  • No experience necessary, willing to train.

DISHWASHER:

The Dishwasher assists in providing guests with an exceptional restaurant experience by keeping tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment clean and sanitary, keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position would be ideal for a parent who's children are in school, and we would be happy to work with your schedule!

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Load, run and unload dish machine in a timely fashion.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
  • Keep dishroom clean and organized and free of standing water to ensure staff safety. 
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
  • Bag and haul restaurant trash to dumpster at assigned times.
  • Maintain adequate levels of all dish chemicals, detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas, including grease trap, as required.
  • To work effectively as a member of the team

LOCAL GROCERY STORE MANAGER: 

As the Local Grocery Store Manager you’ll lead your team to create a one of a kind shopping experience for guests. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with a high value of celebrating local. As the leader of the store, you will develop team members through role-modeling, direction and support. You will work to create a welcoming environment for all who visit the store.
