BANQUET SERVER: 

We're looking forward to busy summer filled with celebrations. We are looking for energetic & friendly individuals to join our banquet team! As a banquet server, you play an important role in creating a seamless, unforgettable event for our wedding couples.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide wedding/event guest tables attentive service by running food, filling water/coffee and clearing dishes.
  • Frequently check with customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.
  • Assist in breakdown and cleanup after the event, distributing items to their appropriate departments / areas.
  • Make decisions and problem-solve in a way that ensures the complete satisfaction of the guests, primarily the Wedding Couple, while maintaining Pineridge Hollow standards.
  • Communicate efficiently with the Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager and Assistant Banquet Manager.

PREP / LINE COOKS: 

Cook, learn and grow with us. Working at Pineridge Hollow will include :

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Working to ensure that ingredients are prepared & served to the highest standard, providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience
  • Preparing ingredients that celebrate our focus on local and authentic farm to table dining
  • Ensuring all functions maintain a first class and positive impact; including timeliness, cleanliness, and service flow
  • Communicating with kitchen managers regarding kitchen operations

RECEPTION: 

In the role of reception, you will assist guests by responding to questions & booking reservations. You play the important role of making guests feel welcomed & presenting our first impression. You are a valuable member of the team that works to not only assist our guests, but also to support your coworkers in their roles by providing the accurate information. Attention to detail and sense of urgency are key.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome guests with friendly, attentive interactions
  • Respond to guest phone calls & emails in a timely manner, with accurate information
  • Assist the restaurant by booking reservations

DISHWASHERS: 

As a dishwasher, you play an integral role in the presentation and efficiency of the restaurant team. Sense of urgency and attention to detail will ensure the team is able to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure that the restaurant team has all clean tools & dishware to execute a smooth, timely service for guests
  • Assist in maintaining a first class and positive visual impact; with cleanliness being an important role
  • Work as a part of the kitchen team to assist with additional kitchen duties, as required
