Orders typically take 4-6 weeks from time of order to delivery. Standard delivery to Winnipeg, Manitoba is $100. For deliveries outside of this area you will be quoted based on your location. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at check out. You can choose your shipping method at that point. The estimated shipping times (within Canada) are listed below.

Regular Parcel: 2-9 days
Expedited Parcel: 1-7 days
Xpressport: 1-2 days
Priority: Next day

Returning Online Orders

Online orders can be returned in store or online. Pineridge Hollow is not responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please expect 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed from the time they are received.

In store purchases can be returned in store only. Please bring in your original receipt. Custom ordered items, such as furniture, are a final sale.

Return Policy

• For merchandise returned within 60 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If merchandise is returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
• We will gladly accept unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or have a Pineridge Hollow price tag on them.
• A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full priced purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.
• All sale items are considered a Final Sale.
